This concept is based on the Article 1(b) of the ILO convention 181 of 1997. It defines Private employment agency as any natural or legal person, independent of the public authorities, which provides services consisting of employing workers with a view to making them available to a third party, who may be a natural or legal person (referred to as a “user enterprise”). The user enterprise assigns their tasks and supervises the execution of these tasks.

We support our clients with staff that can work part time and request. We have studied the Central Bank Prudential guideline CBL/PG/16 and we are familiar of the requirements for the purposes of outsourcing. We understand the confidentiality requirements for the information our staff come across from time to time. We have a great experience working for the telecommunication industry.
